About 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships Glasgow, Scotland

The 2023 UCI Cycling Worlds will be like nothing Scotland and the world has ever seen before.

The months leading up to this huge moment that will unite the global cycling family will take us on an exciting journey. This is the first time that all 13 individual cycling World Championships have been combined into one mega event. What better stage for the drama to unfold, than Scotland?

We’re working in close collaboration with the UCI, Scottish Government, Glasgow Life, UK Sport, British Cycling and VisitScotland, to deliver the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, with this partnership approach creating a blueprint for future editions by ensuring the inaugural event is authentic, innovative, and distinctive.

As an organisation we have big ambitions, and while the World Championship events will remain at the core of everything we do, we talk a lot about the event being a catalyst for change across Scotland through the power of the bike and the freedom it brings to our everyday lives.

This is a huge opportunity for us together, to plan and deliver an event that inspires people to ride bikes and be a catalyst for change before, during and after the Championships.

So, are you ready to join us on the journey to 2023?
