Purpose of the Role:
To direct and manage strategically insightful and creatively dynamic programmes of marketing
activation for and with designated Envision Virgin Racing partners.
To ensure that partner contractual rights are fully leveraged and maximised and that long term
individual and company relationships are created.

Role Dimensions:
• Reports to the Head of Partnerships
• Principal contact and internal representative for designated accounts
• This role requires extensive travel both within the UK and internationally and consequently can
involve working unsocial hours
Principal Accountabilities:
• To manage key Envision Virgin Racing partners by providing global marketing, commercial and
strategic support to ensure continued, long-term investment in the team
• To develop and maintain relationships with the global stakeholders within the nominated
partner companies
• To create partnership business plans, activation plans & engagement plans with assessment of
the partner’s business and communication objectives
• To ensure that the activation plan delivers against contractual rights
• To be pro-active in initiatives that could strengthen the value of the partnerships
• To support the Head of Parterships, in conjunction with the Commercial Director, with the
partner renegotiation strategies
• To work closely with all Envision Virgin Racing departments to execute the activation plans
• To engage all partner communities with the power of the Formula E and Envision Virgin Racing
• To pro-actively investigate, formulate and execute partner-to-partner B2B opportunities
• To assist colleagues within the department with collective tasks and administration or
additional duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Understanding and track-record of exceptional delivery of contractual partnerships within a
sport or entertainment industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of core marketing and sponsorship principles
• Demonstrable ability to understand business drivers and strategies
• Good honours degree, likely to be in Marketing or Business Studies
• Minimum of 4 years’ business experience
• Previous experience of campaign management, brand marketing, sales or product marketing
experience required
• Excellent working knowledge of IT packages (e.g. MS Office suite)
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to a wide variety of audiences of varying size and
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage
