The CAA Eleven sponsorship department is looking for a Manager to work as an integral part of its team. The Sponsorship Manager will be working to ensure smooth delivery of all UEFA National Team commercial partner rights, as well as ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with our key client, UEFA.
The candidate will play a lead role in managing 3 or 4 accounts whilst also being responsible for at least 3 or 4 projects. The role reports into a Senior Sponsorship Manager within the unit.
Responsibilities:
The Sponsorship Manager should be a strong communicator with the ability to work in an international environment, involving multiple stakeholders. They will be the main point of contact for all communications between UEFA and its commercial partners. The ability to manage workloads effectively/prioritize tasks, as well as synthesising/explaining the core principles of the commercial programme, is essential to the position. The Sponsorship Manager will need to lead several key accounts/operational projects ahead of UEFA’s various National Team competitions. In this context, leadership, proactivity and a willingness to take on additional responsibility are essential characteristics for the role.
The candidate should integrate seamlessly as part of the team and willing to ask for help or advice from colleagues, especially when identifying when resolving, referring or escalating issues.
Working for CAA Eleven, especially close to major events, can involve long hours. Equally, you will be working on one of the biggest sports properties in the world alongside a dedicated and passionate team.
Essential Skills:
- English fluent or mother tongue (any other language a plus)
- Able to understand, develop and lead projects through from start to completion

Education:
University degree as a minimum, Marketing/Sports Management experience desirable
Work experience:
Minimum seven years’ professional experience in similar field
