Channel Manager, Sport 24
Launched in 2012, Sport 24 is the first and only live sports channel specifically for the Airline and Cruise line industries. It brings the very best live sporting action from around the world, across multiple time zones delivering some of the greatest sporting events, 365 days of the year.
The Channel Manager will have overall responsibility for the output of Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, providing day to day management of the channel and working closely alongside the scheduling, marketing and production team. This will include; managing the relationship with production team at IMG Studios, overseeing the creative output of the channel and management of production team to support this, working closely with the Marketing Manager on channel brand and all external communication, as well as with the Scheduling Team on channel structure and program development.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience overseeing a broadcast channel, excellent brand and marketing skills, and B2C channel marketing knowledge. In addition experience of working with advertising agents and brands is also desirable.
