Your Position

In this role, you support and coordinate the activities of the bicycle industry group and membership administration. As a daily contact to our members you maintain relations, coordinate meetings, projects and issues in close collaboration with the responsible industry representatives. Your tasks will be to support the WFSGI members - bicycle members in particular - by using the existing WFSGI services and to identify new services to support our members in their daily and future business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active member communication and respond to member enquiries
  • Interact regularly with WFSGI members and prospects about critical issues
  • Coordinate and organize WFSGI Bicycle Committee meetings and conference calls
  • Support and assist the Bicycle Committee/Working Groups Chairperson’s and fellow WFSGI staff with needs, particularly help with meetings, contact and project management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master in Management or Business or relevant professional experience
  • First working experience in an international business and office environment
  • English proficiency
  • Strong communications skills, both written & verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Interest and knowledge of the sporting goods industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Ideally Swiss residency and working permit
  • Availability to travel
