Full Job Description

We already operate fifteen successful factory outlets in Europe with Flagship Stores in London, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam and Berlin. As part of our continued expansion plans we will shortly be opening an additional store in Luxembourg Macarthur Glen Outlet.
The key to our success is our people. We need a team of associates who are passionate about our products and who can engage with our customers to give them a great experience in our store.
We are looking for a talented Store Manager to join us who will be responsible for achieving profitable sales results and promoting excellent customer service by managing the daily operations of the new retail store. This will include managing, developing and motivating the retail team; analysing sales and profits; ensuring effective in store merchandising and developing sales promotions to improve sales performance.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Proven retail management experience
- People management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organise and manage projects
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Sales and customer service focus
- Proficiency with MS Excel and retail software
- Ability to work flexibly to include weekends and holidays
