The Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) is a new multi-sport event, formed from the merger of the Asian Indoor Games and the Asian Marital Arts Games. Participants include athletes representing countries from Asia. The Games will take place in September 2017, with 62 NOC's participating across 21 sports.
Trivandi Chanzo Ltd (TCL) have been appointed as the operator for games planning and delivery for Ashgabat 2017. Individuals will be employed by TCL – global leaders in operational delivery for Sports and Major events.
Reporting to the Director of Games Operations, The Head of Catering, Cleaning & Waste (CCW) will develop and implement a Catering Cleaning and Waste service to ensure all venues can run efficiently through the AIMAG 2017 and client group needs are met at the agreed service levels.
Key accountabilities will include strategic planning and delivery of the CCW service for all venues, negotiation, appointment, management and liaison with service providers, caterers, sponsors and other stakeholders for the provision of CCW services across all agreed venues.
TCL are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of catering and hospitality, gained from multiple multi sports events. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience of dealing with contractors and meeting client requirements. You will have the ability to manage large scale budget, and a workforce of international and local staff.
