Here at GlobalSportsJobs.com we often get asked by job-seekers how they can upload their latest CV to their account, speeding up the process of applying for roles and showcasing their experience to prospective employers. So we created a quick step-by-step guide, which walks you through the process:

  • Click on the YOUR ACCOUNT button on the navigation bar or the candidate login button on the top right hand corner of any page on GlobalSportsJobs.com
  • Login using your registered email address and password
  • Click on the ‘ADD YOUR CV’ or ‘EDIT YOUR STORED CV’ button (depending on whether you already have a CV stored)
  • Select the location of the CV you would like to upload from your hard drive or a cloud based service such as Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, using the ‘FileChooser’ tool
  • Select your chosen file and click ‘Complete and return to GlobalSportsJobs’
  • Please note that your CV will need to be in either .doc, .docx, .pdf or .rtf format and must be no bigger than 1MB
  • As a default your CV will be visible to recruiting organisations using the platform, however should you choose, you can very easily disable this feature in your account by clicking the ‘EDIT YOUR PROFILE’ button, selecting the ‘Manage visibility’ tab, opting for ‘No’ and clicking SAVE

If you are new to GlobalSportsJobs.com:

Please note that while storing a CV in your account can save time when applying, we’d always suggest that you use your CV to showcase your most relevant skills, experience and qualifications for each individual role you apply for. When combined with a tailored covering note, this provides recruiters with optimal information with which they can make their decision on which candidates they shortlist for any position.
